Praise God for the full and speedy recovery of FEBC Russian Ministries'
director Rudi Wiens and his wife Anni. "After the accident we were
tremendously encouraged by the outpouring of love and prayer support by
the friends of the ministry," said Rudi. "We praise God for quick
restoration of our health. During the last several months we experienced
the power of God’s grace."
Tuesday – 4
Pray that FEBC’s programs for men will help many Russians change their
lifestyles. Because of heavy drinking and smoking, average life expectancy
for men is 58 years.

relatives. I thank God that people who are at the Christian drug rehab

During the last ten years the number of people infected with HIV in the
former Soviet Union has multiplied 20 times. FEBC Russian Ministries
offers specific programs to prevent the AIDS pandemic. Pray that many
Russians will come to know Christ and lead moral lives.

Please pray for Victor Akhterov, FEBC Russian Ministries’ program
director. Victor and his family are spending this summer in Russia, where
he will be training the Russian broadcasters in Moscow and St. Petersburg,
helping to organize local development work, and tackling management
issues. Pray that Victor's work in Russia will be a success.
Monday – 10
Please pray for Alyona Pak, an FEBC programmer in Moscow. Her
faith-building broadcasts touch thousand of lives. Pray that more
Muscovites will be saved through her broadcasts.
Tuesday – 11

the first time in my life. You can’t imagine how my life changed because

that he will grow in his faith.

Please pray for Muscovites who are working for the Russian government.
There are several thousands of them. Many are regular listeners to FEBC.
Pray that FEBC broadcasts will help government officials transform the
country and the city.
Thursday – 13
Please pray for the ministry in Khabarovsk, Russian Far East, where FEBC
operates the first Christian radio station in Russia. The station was
built with a great deal of support from FEBC-Korea. Thousands of lives
have been transformed through the ministry of that station. Pray that
countless others will be drawn to Christ through FEBC-Khabarovsk.
Friday – 14
There are more than 1.5 million drug addicts in Russia. FEBC Russian
Ministries combats the problem by helping young people find help in
Christian centers for addiction, and, most importantly, helping people
find a real purpose in life. Pray that many people find satisfaction in
following Jesus, not killing themselves with drugs.
Saturday – 15
St. Petersburg is a cultural capital of Russia. Many theater actors,
writers, and famous musicians come to FEBC studios in St. Petersburg to
talk about their faith in God on the air. Pray that many listeners will be
positively affected by these
testimonies and that the entire Russian culture will move towards
Christ-centered Christianity.

able to heal our hearts by showing us that we have a Father in heaven. We

ministry. It is such strong witnessing in front of the world… I personally
know 4 people (from 16 to 74 years old) who came to know the Lord through
your programs. And I heard about many other people who are moving to

Russia has the sad distinction of being second in the world for its number
of suicides. Pray that many will receive hope through FEBC radio. There
are many testimonies of suicides being averted as a result of FEBC’s
gospel broadcasts in Russia.
Wednesday – 19
“Your radio programs are powerful. I am a Christian minister, and I saw
how God used your broadcasts to bring my nephew to Christ. He wouldn’t
listen to me, but he listened to the radio. I am grateful for all you do.

political, media, and opinion leaders for Christ.

Pray for Dr. Evgeny Sarapulov, FEBC programmer in Moscow, as he reaches
out to thousands of people throughout Russia with his down-to-earth
programs that inspire people and help them build a relationship with Jesus
Christ. Evgeny is also doing effective work in generating local financial
support. Pray for God’s blessings on Evgeny, his wife Svetlana, who
volunteers at the FEBC-Moscow office, and their four small children.

Pray for Sergey and Marina from Moscow who became Christians through FEBC

this young couple is active in their church. Pray that God will bless them
and encourage their spiritual growth.

In Moscow alone, there are more than one million alcoholics. Alcoholism
among women is especially on the increase. Pray that FEBC programs will
help many of them find freedom in Christ.
Tuesday – 25
Praise God for FEBC’s expanding coverage. Since we switched to more
powerful transmitters in Moscow and St. Petersburg, there is a good
reception of the signal in many cities around these two Russian capitals.
Pray that many will be saved in cities like Ryazan, Tver, Novgorod, and
others now covered by the powerful FEBC signal.
Wednesday – 26
Please pray for Viktor Kurilenko, FEBC manager in Slavyansk. Many
listeners become Christians through his on-air sermons. Viktor interviews
new believers who have been set free from drugs, alcohol, and occult
addictions. Many who hear these testimonies have accepted the Lord. Pray
that many more Ukrainians will accept Jesus through Viktor’s radio
broadcasts.
Thursday – 27
“I came to Christ several years ago, but only now am I beginning to
experience real spiritual growth. Your radio programs help me follow Jesus
in every area of my life. I think that for a church to be strong,

for the church in Russia to be strong and victorious.

Pray for Bogdan, who is a seeker. He called our station in Moscow several
times, to ask meaningful questions. Pray for the Holy Spirit to draw
Bogdan to Jesus.

Please pray for Nadezhda Svisheva, an FEBC programmer in Khabarovsk. Many
people are coming to the Lord through her broadcasts. “We are praying that
many more people in our city will accept Jesus as their Savior,” says
Nadezhda.

Alesya writes, “My mother is a Christian, and she always listens to your
programs. I also became your listener. You touched my heart. You inspired
me to reach for God, and He reached back. You helped me to open my heart,
