About FEBC Russian Ministries

FEBC — Far East Broadcasting Company was established by Dr. Robert H. Bowman in 1945. For more than 70 years FEBC has labored to be what Billy Graham calls "One of the most effective and consistent voices in evangelical Christianity in the entire world."

The Russian division is a vital part of the overall ministry. FEBC has been broadcasting the gospel to Russia since the late 1940s. In February 1992, after the fall of communism, FEBC was incorporated in Russia, expanding its broadcast ministry within the country.

FEBC-Russia's flagship stations are in Moscow, AM 1134, and in St. Petersburg, AM 1089. We also have stations in Khabarovsk, AM 1188, and Ussuriysk, FM 89.1. FEBC Russian Ministries also continues its broadcasts from a 100 kWt shortwave transmitter on Saipan island. And we cover the entire former Soviet Union with freely accessible satellite broadcasting on Yamal 201.

A capable team of more than 20 broadcasters and leaders in Russia are working hard to bring the Good News to their countrymen.

FEBC Russian Ministries is maintained by the gifts of individuals, churches, and organizations who believe that radio is a powerful tool to reach many people with the gospel of Jesus Christ in Russia and other areas in the world. You can become a "radio missionary" and have a part in introducing the Lord to people who may never have another way of meeting Him, and you won't have to leave home to do it!

Help us change these precious lives by supporting the work of FEBC Russian Ministries. Your prayers — and your gifts — will put you on the front lines of evangelism.

We especially need your support during these uncertain economic times.

Bringing the Gospel to Russia,

Rev. Rudi Wiens,
Director
